She ran Shared Experience Theatre, a UK touring company, for over 20 years and has directed for the Royal Shakespeare Company and Shakespeare\u2019s Globe.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Nancy first came to\u00a0 BalletX in 2019 when she worked as dramaturg for <em>The Little Prince<\/em> with choreographer Annabelle Lopez Ochoa. She later collaborated with Nicolo Fonte on <em>Sidd: A Hero\u2019s Journey<\/em>. This new version of <em>Petrushka<\/em> is her first artistic collaboration with Amy Hall Garner.\u00a0 For Film Four, Nancy has directed two feature films: <em>Sister My Sister<\/em> and <em>Indian Summer<\/em>, a film about a dancer, winner of the Audience Award at the London Film Festival.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Based in London, Nancy Meckler is a freelance director of theatre, film, and dance.
