Led by the dynamic duo Sharon Friedler and Jon Sherman, Dance for Health and Joy is a 45-minute all-accessible community movement class designed especially for absolute beginner dance lovers aged 40 and up. The class integrates movement from modern, ballet, tap, folk and social dancing, and choreographic repertory to engage participants’ minds and bodies and create an enjoyable, social environment for artistic exploration. Whether you’re stepping into a studio for the first time or rediscovering your love for movement, expect laughter, encouragement, and timeless moves in a fun, welcoming space!
